We always focus on providing the best service and make every effort to have a long lasting relationship with our guest. We expect you to understand all the Terms and Conditions before confirming the trip. Once you confirm the tour we are assumed that you have accepted all the Terms and Conditions by the company.

TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENT

We kindly require a deposit payment at the time of booking to secure your reservations. We accept payments by Visa/Master credit cards and online bank transfer. As soon as we receive the payment, we will start securing your reservations. After the completion of reservation process you will receive a confirmation by email followed by an information letter which will provide you the whole information about your trip.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking where the documents have not been received and apply the appropriate cancellation fees. Please note that all taxes are subject to change daily because of currency fluctuations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to change any part of your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will notify us. You will have the option of cancelling your booking for the tour packages, and hotel/flight booking cancellation will according to the hotels policy, in which case we will refund the amount you have paid, less any cancellation fees imposed by other tour operators. All cancellations must be made in writing to FM Rooms by email or Phone. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of hotel bookings or any other extra services which have been madedirectly by the client

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We do not accept any liability of any nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly or any other event which is beyond our control.

CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY

Please check your itinerary carefully. Ensure that all names, dates and amount on the hotel voucher are exactly the same as in your passport or any ID proofs. Check the accuracy of all dates and timings. Any errors on your documents will be your responsibility .You accept that you may be travelling through areas of political, climatic instability, high altitudes and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with FM Rooms.

Special requests will always be passed on to the hotel but can never be guaranteed. We recommend that you visit FM Rooms for any travel advice.
